Frederick Reynolds Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel P.A. - Westminster on Mar. 9, 2026.
Frederick William "Bill" Reynolds, Jr., 90, of Baltimore and formerly of Taneytown passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026 at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Born November 17, 1935 in Delaware he was the son of the late Frederick, Sr. and Roberta Davidson Reynolds. He was predeceased by his wife and eldest son. He is survived by four daughters and one son, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Bill was a veteran of the United States Army. He began working on the family farm in Taneytown at the age of 17, a place that remained one of his greatest passions throughout his life. He later worked as a machinist and engineer for Westinghouse, until his retirement.

Bill enjoyed spending time farming and fishing. His faith was deeply important to him. He became an ordained minister and was a devoted member of Cornerstone Church of Christ in Baltimore.

Known for his remarkable skill as a welder and his naturally mechanical mind, Bill had a talent for building practical equipment and tools to use around the farm.

Graveside services will be held in St. Paul Lutheran Church in Uniontown, with a date and time to be announced shortly.

If desired memorial contributions may be made in his name to Cornerstone Church of Christ in Baltimore, 4239 Park Heights Ave., Baltimore MD 21215 or the American Heart Association.
