Formerly of Wyandotte, MI, Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Ormond Beach, FL.
Husband to Charlene. Father to Christopher, (Ashlee). Grandfather to Hailee and Lilee. Brother to Linda Gazie and Tom (deceased). Brother-in-law to Sharon Barber and Kim McCumbers.
Gary was a retired yacht captain of 32 years. He loved to travel whether by boat, motorcycle, or motorhome. He was always ready for the next adventure. Gary's outgoing and fun personality will be sorely missed.
Interment will be at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Mims FL.

They say there is a reason,
they say that time will heal,
but neither time or reason,
will change the way we feel.
For no one knows the heartache,
that lies behind our smiles,
No one knows how many times
we have broken down and cried.
We want to tell you something,
so there won't be any doubt,
You're so wonderful to think of,
but so hard to be without.
We cannot bring the old days back, when we were all together,
The family chain is broken now,
But memories live forever.

Michael and I send our deepest condolences. We have so many wonderful memories of Gary and family at Christmas eves together, sharing the fun of the boat parade, the poker run on Harleys and visits on the yacht. Gary was very special to us and will always be in our hearts. Joy and Michael Post
