Fredrick was born on October 25, 1964 to Fredrick and Virginia Marie Woods in Halley, Arkansas.
He is survived by seven children, Sterling Cleary of Dermott, AR, Krystal Billups of San Diego, CA, Jasmine Billups of Little Rock, AR, Tyvon Billups of Little Rock, AR, Allen Billups of Little Rock, AR, Fredrick Billups, and Kenny Billups and his other, Sherrial Lewis of Little Rock, AR.
Family visitation will be held on Thursday Nov. 20, 2025 from 6pm - 7pm at the Dillard Funeral Home Chapel, 111 N. Freeman St., Dermott, AR 71638.
Funeral services will be on Friday Nov. 21, 2025 at Antioch Baptist Church in Dermott, AR. at 2:00pm.
