Frieda A. Palmer, 79, of Hannibal, NY passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025, with her family by her side. Born in Waddington, NY on July 19, 1946, daughter to the late, Donald and Lois McIntosh.
Frieda is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Palmer; children, Don (Laura) Palmer and Rhonda Davie; Grandchildren, Shawn, Brittany, Ashley, Scott, and Haley; Great Grandchildren, Zoey, Zac, Zailey, Everleigh, Rylie, Emma, and Owen; her brother, Michael McIntosh and sister, Margie Nichols; and several nieces and nephews.
Frieda loved family and especially loved her grandchildren, her VIP’s as she liked to call them, and great grandchildren, her MIP’s, mini-important people, more than life itself!
She loved taking up her fall and winters watching Syracuse football and Basketball. She was an amazing and dedicated wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt who will be missed by all who loved and knew her.
Calling hours for Frieda will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025, from 10am to 12 pm with a funeral service at 12pm at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton, NY. Burial will immediately follow at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. To leave a special message for the family, please sign the guestbook.
