He and his wife Carlota raised 13 children. He worked hard in agriculture for 55 years to provide for his family. He enjoyed going to the flea market, riding the bus to the mall, and listening to music, his favorite song was "La Puerta Negra". Above all, he loved being surrounded by his family. One of his greatest achievements was building a house for his children in Huacao, Michoacan, Mexico, were he loved spending time.
He is survived by his children; Evaristo, Jorge, Gabriel, Sandro, Cesar, Salomon, Concepcion, Obdulia, Reyna, Hermila, Maricela, Araceli, Rosa, 48 grandchildren, and 34 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 53 years, Carlota Vega Corral. He will be greatly missed by his children and family.
Viewing will be held at Mehl's Colonial Chapel on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025 from 5pm-9pm, rosary starts at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held at Valley Church on Friday, January 3rd, 2025 at 10am, with burial to follow at Valley Public Cemetery.
