Hello my name is David Rocque. I knew Gabriel back in the 1960s when we were both growing up on Arlington Drive in Inkster , Michigan. I was about 3 years older than Gabe. We lived 3 houses down the street from each other, with the Derderian & Nichols families in between. My family moved away in 1963 and Gabes family moved to Royal Oak. We kept in touch for awhile then lost contact. I heard that Gabe died in an announcement during mass at the Shrine. I have fond memories of our friendship and am sorry to hear of his passing.
