Gabrielle "Gabby" Brackett quietly passed away at home in Schertz, TX on November 13, 2025 at 86 years of age. She was born in Biddeford, ME on November 26, 1938. She married Winfield Brackett on March 14, 1956 where she became a proud military wife and mother.
Gabby is predeceased by her infant son Peter, her parents Alphonse and Irene Fecteau, and her husband of 50 years, Winfield Brackett.
Gabby is survived by her sister Margaret of Scarborough, ME, brother Renald "Rene" of Westbrook, ME, son Bruce of Portland, ME, daughter Brenda and son Brian, both of Schertz, TX, daughter Debby of Lafayette, LA, grandsons Stephen II of Missoula, MT, Jerrimy of Hampton, VA, Michael of Schertz, TX, granddaughter Chrissy of Lafayette, LA, and great-grandchildren Rileigh, Taylor, Stephen III, Brooke.
Gabby loved to fish, garden, bowl, and play Bingo in her earlier years. She also enjoyed reading, knitting, quilting, and playing games on her tablet.
Gabby will be missed more than words can express. She is loved beyond measure and will forever be in our hearts.
