Gail Joyce Ciandella

Gail Joyce Cianella (Suket) of New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on November 10th, surrounded by the love of family. She was the cherished daughter of the late Leonore and Henry Suket, and the devoted wife of the late Dante Cianella.
Gail was the beloved mother of Christopher Cianella and the dear sister of the late Leonore Karstunen and the late Ralph Suket. She is also lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends, all of whom treasured her kindness, warmth, and unwavering compassion.
A proud Boston native, Gail attended Boston University before continuing her studies at Hickox Secretarial School. She dedicated many years to shaping young minds as a teacher and substitute teacher at Barnstead and Pittsfield, New Hampshire Elementary Schools, where students knew her fondly as "Mrs. C." Her gentle spirit, patience, and genuine love for children made an enduring impact on all who had the privilege of learning from her.
Gail lived a life filled with curiosity and connection. She traveled extensively, especially throughout Europe, where she spent treasured time visiting beloved friends in England over many years. Closer to home, nothing brought her more joy than the serenity of Cape Cod in September - a season and place she held close to her heart.
She found comfort in simple pleasures: getting lost in a good novel, solving puzzles in the quiet of the afternoon, and sharing laughter and conversation with those she loved. Gail was also a longtime and proud member of the Masonic Organization, reflecting her strong sense of community, service, and fellowship.
Family and friends will honor Gail's life by gathering at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street, East Boston, on Monday, November 17th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, before leaving in procession to Sacred Heart Church for a 12:00 PM Funeral Mass celebrating her remarkable life.
Gail's legacy of love, grace, and dedication to others will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
