She was born on March 16, 1958 in Beloit, WI, the daughter of Gerald and Beatrice (Foreman) Moen. Gail loved all animals; but especially found joy in feeding the raccoons. She was known for looking nice and was a wonderful house keeper. Gail enjoyed being a story teller and had a colorful life.
Survivors include the love of her life for 29 years, Robert Johnson; many nieces and nephews; two cats, Tiger and Scamper; and a 30 year old turtle.
Gail was predeceased by her parents and brothers, Allan and Gary Moen.
A Graveside service for Gail will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 in East Lawn Cemetery. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Gail M. Moen, please visit our floral store.
