Gale Marie Johnson, 65, of Marked Tree, Arkansas departed this life on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on February 16, 1960, in Dallas, Texas to Earl Ray McKinney and Winoia Fay Sampson McKinney. Gale was a member of the First Baptist Church in Marked Tree, Arkansas, she was a very sweet person and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Earl and Winoia McKinney and one sister: Peggy Morris.
Gale is survived by her husband of forty nine years: Homer Johnson of Marked Tree, Arkansas, two daughters: Wendy Spencer of Marked Tree, Arkansas and Donna Johnson of Marked Tree, Arkansas, three brothers: Eddie McKinney of Michigan, Jimmie McKinney of Michigan and Jessie McKinney of Houston, Texas, eight grandchildren: Elizabeth, Taegan, Adrian, Aayden, Amariana, Logan, Zane and Tristen, nine great grandchildren, two great grandchildren on the way and a host of other family and friends.
There will not be any services held at this time.
Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree, Arkansas.
