Gale Strickland (75) was born on January 29, 1950, in Oakland, California and passed away on December 10, 2025, in New Caney, Texas. She is preceded by her parents Paul & Lula Mae Sandlin, only brother Houston (Sonny) Sandlin, only sister Judy Johnson, and Aunt Shelba Jean Flock.
Gale is survived by her husband Donald Gean Strickland of 56 years of marriage, son Donald Gean Strickland Jr & fiancé Danielle Walker, daughter Shannon Lou Strickland, grandchildren: Adam Schutz, Vincent Strickland, Jayda Engle, Caden Walker, Samantha Strickland, Quinton Strickland & Kaitlyn Nealy, Brittney Sweeten & Joshua Castillo, and great grandchildren Joshua Nealy, Jonathan Nealy, Charley Nealy, Lula Mae Sweeten, and Aria Castillo. Cousin Ronnie Flock, Rick Flock, and Randy Flock.
