Garnet Rehberger Obituary
Garnet LaVonn Rehberger, 88, of Baxter, passed away on February 16, 2025. Services will be held at 12pm on March 1, 2025, at the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Baxter. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. The service will be livestreamed - please follow here
Garnet was born on June 24, 1936, to Chauncey and Viola (Rosenkranz) Borders in Brainerd. She married James Rehberger, and were married for 54 years until he passed away in 2009.
Garnet enjoyed fishing and dancing. Above all else, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Garnet is survived by her children; John (JoAnn) Rehberger, Bradley Rehberger, Peggy (Jon) Nelson, Joan (Tyrone) Babineau; siblings, Donna Jean Visser, Bonnie (Tony) Berndt, Brenda Evans, Vicky, Greg Jorden, Cleo (Sherman) Beach; many grandchildren and great – grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Chauncey and Viola; husband, James; son, Daniel; brothers, Duane, Jack, Rodney, Junior; and sister Patricia DeWolf.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
