Garry Lane Miller, a cherished soul, was born on August 16, 1951, in Selmer, TN, to the late James E. and Mary Edith Hill Miller. He peacefully departed this life on January 18, 2025, in Corinth, Mississippi, leaving behind a vibrant legacy of love and warmth.
Garry Lane was united in marriage to Suzy Webb on July 18, 2014, and together they crafted a beautiful life filled with companionship and joy. He dedicated many years of his life to his work, serving as a maintenance manager for General Electric and Spectrum and later as a heavy equipment operator and worked for Griswell Construction. Garry Lane's work ethic was matched only by his passion for his family and friends.
When he wasn't pouring his energy into his work, Garry Lane could be found on his beloved farm, reveling in the simple pleasures of life and the beauty of nature. He was known for his kindness and generosity, often described as a remarkable neighbor and a steadfast friend. His love of animals, especially his horses and dogs, reflected the deep compassion he held in his heart.
A true enthusiast, Garry Lane found joy in square dancing, dirt track and stock car races, and watching western movies. He enjoyed a good meal and had a particularly soft spot for chocolate. He was a man of many talents from working in maintenance, driving heavy equipment, hosting get togethers to the gentleness of rocking babies - his passion and dedication was his family, friends, and his work.
