Black, Gary J. of Buffalo, entered into rest November 14, 2025. Devoted father of Christina (Ajay), Joshua (Jennifer), Jeremy (Chelsea), Jacob, and Emily (Nate); cherished grandfather of Jayden, Joshua Jr., Jeremy Jr., Anthony Jr., Carson, and Jordyn; loving son of the late Jimmy and Audrey Black; dear brother of Debbie (Raymond), Jim (Kerri), Laura (Eddie), Kathy (Peter), Patrick, and the late Carol; also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Friday (November 21st) from 11-3 PM for a gathering in Gary's memory. Born on October 23, 1954, Gary was a lifelong resident of Buffalo, particularly the Old First Ward, and a graduate of South Park High School. Gary had a deep appreciation for the outdoors. He especially loved fishing, a pastime he enjoyed throughout his life and one he passed on to all of his sons.
