Gary “Gary D” Clark, 61, of East Akron, passed peacefully in his home on September 14, 2023.  He graduated from Central Hower in 1980.  He received the name “Gary D” for his defense playing basketball.  He was a landscaper for Fred Azar Landscaping for over 30 years.  Gary was the light of room.  He loved to joke and loved everyone around him.  He is preceded in death by his father Ralah “R.B.” Clark; aunt Fay (Bob) Kelly; “favorite cousin” Mike Kelly; beloved friends Bernadette Fenn and Brenda Cameron.  He is survived by mother Jeannette Clark; daughter Heather Lynn Clark; wife Patricia (Jay) Clark; brothers Chris “Joe” (Kim) Clark and Phil Clark; cousins David and Shelly; nieces Becca (Sara) Ciccozzi and Kimberly Trayer; bonus daughters Megan, Nicole, and Lora; long time best friends & in laws Steph and Doug Trayer; and his “Grandchild” Ky Bartley and many other loved ones.  The family will receive friends 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Friday, September 22, 2023 at the Adams Mason Funeral Home (791 E.
