It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Gary D. Cooper Jr., who left us far too soon at the age of 38. Born on June 17, 1987, in Aurora, Colorado, to Angel Praylo and the late Gary D. Cooper Sr., Gary was a beloved son, father, brother, and friend.
Gary was known for his warm spirit, bright smile, and unforgettable sense of humor. He had a gift for making people laugh and a presence that brought comfort and joy to those around him. He found passion and purpose in music, and nothing meant more to him than spending quality time with his family.
He is survived by his cherished son, Jericho Cooper; his loving mother, Angel Praylo, and stepfather William Burney, affectionately known as "BB"; his siblings Cecil Bynum, Ariel Praylo, Tasha Bryant, and Jasmin Bryant. He is also lovingly remembered by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom reside in Colorado.
Gary was preceded in death by his father, Gary D. Cooper Sr., and uncles Adam Cousins and Edward Cooper.
Though his time with us was brief, the impact Gary made on the lives of those he loved will last forever. His laughter, music, and love will continue to echo in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes your prayers, support, and cherished memories as they honor and celebrate Gary's life.
