WORCESTER-Gary J. Essex, 66, of Worcester, MA ascended into heaven on November 18, 2024.
Gary leaves behind his mother, Astrid Essex, his sister Karen and her husband Fred Joel, sister in law Ann Marie Essex. He was previously married to Patricia Essex. He was reunited in glory with his beloved father, Joseph Essex, brother Dale and sister Susan.
He was devoted to his family and leaves behind his children, Ashley Essex, Joseph Essex and his wife Brittany, Garett Essex and his wife Vicky. He adored his grandchildren; Ryan, Lilly, Daisy and Everett, and cherished the time spent with them. He leaves behind extended family and friends, all of whom he considered family.
Gary was a life long resident of Worcester. He graduated from Burncoat High School and worked at J.J. Nissen bakery from eighteen until his retirement. His favorite getaway was the Saratoga Racetrack and he enjoyed bringing his loved ones. Gary took so much joy in bringing a bit of happiness to everyone he met while on his path.
Funeral Services are private and burial will be in All Faith Cemetery.
