Gary John Francis Everard III, age 76, of Howard, Wisconsin, passed away on February 17, 2026.

Gary proudly served his country as a veteran and carried that same sense of dedication and strength throughout his life. After completing his military service, he went on to work as a truck driver for many years before eventually retiring from the profession.

Gary had a deep love for the outdoors and especially enjoyed hunting. Many of his happiest moments were spent outside, sharing stories and spending time with family and friends.

Gary was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Everard; his brother, Billy Everard; and his mother, Mary Everard.

He is survived by his two daughters, Molly Everard and Melissa Everard. He was a proud grandfather to Austin, Sierrah, Kyndal, Ethan, and Anthony, and a great-grandfather to Armoni and AhRoyalti. 

Gary cherished his family and the time he spent with them.He will be remembered for his strength, his love for the outdoors, and the memories he created with those closest to him.

Gary will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

Family and friends may visit Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 10 a.m. until the hour of Mass at 11 a.m. Full military honors will follow the Mass.
