Randy was born April 24,1955 to Donald and Pat Tappa. He passed away peacefully at his home with family by his side on March 18th 2026.
He was married to his wife, Becky, for 40 years, whom she will miss dearly. They have two children, Brody (Mel) Tappa and Amanda Tappa (partner Shawn). Randy was also a proud grandfather to four grandchildren: Donevin, Harleigh, Jaxon, and Zayden.
Randy loved the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. One of his proudest accomplishments was shooting a bear with his bow that made the Pope and Young record book. He also loved tinkering in the garage and working on projects with his kids. Randy had a knack for figuring out what was wrong with just about anything.He was known for always being willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it.
Randy will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.
He is proceeded in death my his mother, father, mother in law, father in law, his brothers Bill, and Dan.
He is survived my his sister Meg(Steve) Young, brother Bob, and many niece and nephews.
The family will be having a celebration of life for Randy at a later date.
