Gary Lewis Goen

Gary Lewis Goen, age 73, passed away on June 15th, 2022, after a long illness. He was born on June 30th, 1948. He is the son of Hershel and La Verne Goen. He retired from the Military (3 tours) then he became an over the road driver and retired from R & B Trucking Inc.
He loved and enjoyed fishing, sports cars and older cars, spending time with family and friends, as well as spending time in his yard. He was such a jokester; he loved to tease people and make people laugh. He was dedicated to all of his family members and friends. Loved his 3 dogs.
Gary is survived by his wife Cheryl, son Barry (DeAnna) Goen Columba, SC, 2 stepchildren, Nicole (Nic) Beightel of Rifle CO, Brandon Hopping of Grand Jct, C0, and 5 Grandchildren. He is also survived by three half-sisters Hershlynn (Loran) Bartow of Lakewood, CO, Terri (Roger) Caldwell of Buffalo, WY, and Susan (Lonnie) Davis of Eustis, NE, two half-brothers Pat Goen of Casper, WY, and Michael Goen Sidney, NE.
Preceded in death by his parents, stepmother, JoAnn Robirds and his four sisters, LaDonna Herrera, Jeanie Kalhoff, Darlene Cashman and Diana Thorne.
