Not sure what to say?

I met Gary at Peachtree Doors several decades ago. Such a soft spoken man, but definitely with an ornery streak. Super nice guy and fun to be around. Feeling very sorry for all of the family and friends and for all the lives he touched. He will be missed.

A true friend. I will miss the 2 hour phone conversations and his ability to fix world problems. Non-judgmental and honest with thoughts and opinions. A friend to me for 30 plus years. I will miss my friend but knowing he is free of bodily pain and disparity makes me smile. See ya later.

Always the nicest guy in the room!

What a fun loving man! We started as co-workers at Peachtree but Gary ended up being the voice of a strong friendship, fun, wisdom, a dad stand in & the father of a very good friend I acquired through him as well, his daughter Vicky. Their home was always welcoming & Smithville Lake will always carry treasured memories of fun, food, boating, camping & other fun down there. I’m so sorry for the tender hearts for the family. Gary was one of a kind & I am so proud I had a couple chapters in...

Miss you Brother in Law, I’ll cherish those long phone conversations we always had.

What a wonderful and kind person Gary will be missed by all that knew him I had the privilege of being his next door neighbor for over 20 years he was more like family than a neighbor REST IN PEASE GARY until we meet again
