NICHOLASVILLE
Gary Hogue, age 78, of Nicholasville died Aug. 30, 2025.
Gary is survived by his wife, Amy; his daughters, Jennifer Powers (Anthony) and Emily Sowards (Justin); grandchildren, Gracie, Gavin, Noah and Adeline; his five siblings and their spouses, Danny and Connie Hogue, Betty and James Staton, Roger and Leigh Ann Hogue, David and Nancy Hogue and Jody and Chuck Brock; and several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hack and Faye Hogue (Rainwater); granddaughter, Grace Powers; and his in-laws, Carol Hamilton, Phil Hamilton, Steve Hamilton and Cheryl Hamilton.
A Celebration of his incredible life will be held at Bethel Christian Church in Nicholasville, on Sept. 12, 2025, at 3 p.m. with visitation from 1 p.m. until the time of service. Brother Bill Bales will officiate.
Noon & Son Funeral Home was entrusted with final care.
