Gary Johnson Obituary
Gary Edward Johnson, age 65, passed away on Wednesday January 15, 2025, at his home in Clinton, Tennessee. Gary was born on August 21, 1959, to the late Kyle and Mildred Johnson. Gary was a member of Briceville Volunteer Fire Department, He loved watching Nascar racing and antique vehicles. He enjoyed cooking, vacationing and diamond art painting.
Gary is survived by his son Jason Johnson and Deidra of Clinton, TN, Daughter Amber Sharp and husband Franklin of Heiskell, TN, Niece Shannon Ottinger, Nephew Todd Ottinger, Special friend and neighbor Robbie Wilson, Special great Nephew and niece Caleb and Kyleigh, great niece Dreama; great-nephews Logan and Izaiah, sisters: Pat Ottinger of Clinton, TN and Michelle Johnson of Clinton TN. Grandchildren: Maggie Sharp, Johnse Sharp, Ashlee Spencer, Brandon Hileman, Logan Daugherty. Great grandchildren: Braxton and Denver Spencer and Daniel and Granger Hileman.
The family will receive friends on Monday January 20, 2025, in the Chapel of Jones Mortuary in Clinton, Tennessee from 6 pm to 8 pm with the funeral following at 8 pm with Pastor Dale Parker and Doug Fielden officiating. The graveside service will be on Tuesday January 21, 2025, at 11 am at Galbraith Cemetery in Clinton, TN.
