Landon Allen Brooks

Landon Allen Brooks, age 21, of Clinton, tragically passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026, following an automobile accident. He was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, on December 4, 2004, and graduated from Clinton High School in 2023. He was currently working as a welder at Fab Metal in Clinton.

Throughout his life, he enjoyed NASCAR racing, 4-wheeling, and fishing, and he cherished spending time with his friends. He will be fondly remembered for his kind heart, uplifting spirit, and remarkable sense of humor. Landon's faith was an essential part of his life, and he always kept his Bible with him in his truck as a testament to his devotion.

Landon is preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Kyle Brooks; grandfather, Tim Brooks; and Larry McMillan; grandmother, Tammy Lingerfelt.

He is survived by his parents, Jessica Brooks of Knoxville and Derek of Utah; special great aunt and uncle, Barry and Myra McMillan of Clinton; aunt, Carmen Brooks of Clinton; brothers, Benson LaRowe of North Dakota, sister, Monya McMillan of Clinton; grandparents, Leisa and Lee Swan of Illinois; great-grandparents, Cleo Brooks of Clinton, Charlie & Pat McMillan of Clinton; and a host of cousins and friends whom he loved dearly.

The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 pm, Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Holley Gamble Funeral Home. His funeral service will follow in the chapel with Rev. Robbie Leach officiating. Friends and family will meet at 1:15 pm, Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Holley Gamble Funeral Home and go in procession to Norris Memorial Garden for a 2:00 pm graveside.
