Gary Roy Jones

Gary Roy Jones passed away at the age of 77 surrounded by his family on October 27, 2025 in Lancaster, CA. Gary was born to Roy and Mary Jones (Cox) on September 14, 1948, in Waterloo, Iowa. He grew up in Southern California in both San Diego and Lancaster. Gary graduated from Antelope Valley High School in 1966 and went on to California State Los Angeles, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Arts. He served as a sergeant in the Army. Gary worked in the aerospace industry for over 15 years, then built a successful construction business where he worked for over 20 years. He retired at the age of 62. Gary is survived by his wife Norma, his children Tommy (Corinne), Kelly (Daniel), and Ricky (Jenie), 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Gary loved his family more than anything. He was the most kind, fun, genuine, dedicated and loving man. He blessed countless lives during his life, and we will miss him dearly.
