Gary Marshall Keen was born on January 9th, 1946 to parents Paul and Doris Keen in Atlanta GA. He was the youngest of 4 children.
He served in the National Guard for six years. He worked at Georgia Power Company for 25 years then Carl Black GMC of Kennesaw and finally at Towne Lake Hills Golf Course as a golf marshall, but this really wasn't work to Gary.
Gary loved old westerns, black & white movies, golf, fishing on the lake, golf, chicken wings, golf, margaritas, golf, college football along with softball, and guess what, golf!
He was survived by his wife of 30 years, Janet, daughter Windy Ellard(Mark), son Brad, step daughters Julie Southall(Stewart), Christie Craig, step son Steven Craig, sisters Sylvia Folsom, Janice Fleeman(Randall), and brother Darryl. There was always an extra special bond between Gary and Darryl.
In addition to his immediate family, Gary was survived by his grandchildren Amanda Ellard, Cole Ellard, and Carlee Southall plus his silly puppy "Fancy".
Fly with the angels Gary!
