GARY KNOWLTON 05/24/1963 - 12/22/2025 Gary "Beanie" Dee Knowlton, 62, of Clarington, Ohio, passed away Monday, December 22, 2025, at Liza's Place Wheeling, W.V. He was born May 24, 1963, at Bellaire, Ohio, a son of Rose Haslam Vandruff and the late Homer Knowlton. He was a former employee of McNear Hardware in Powhatan and a carpenter. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #597 F. & A.M. Clarington, and former volunteer for Clarington Fire Department. Survivors include his mother, Rose Vandruff of Clarington; son, Gary "Binky" D. Knowlton Jr; two daughters, Shannon (Jason) May and Katlin (Joshua) Swegard, all of Powhatan Point, Ohio; two sisters, Crystal (Anthony) of Powhatan Point and Sherry Knowlton of Georgia; and seven grandchildren, Alivia, Addison, Chloe, Warren, Myla, Casey and Luca. Family will receive friends on Saturday December 27, 2025, from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home, 125 Clarinda Dr., Clarington.
