Gary is survived by his wife, Shirley Lambert; 4 children, Abbie (Marshall) Vogts, Kimberly (Mark) Molitor, Jeffrey (Michelle) Downey, and Kristin Parker; 7 grandchildren, Alex, Hunter, Allison, Wyatt, Oliver, Claire, Caroline; 1 great-grandchild, Jaicee; his siblings, Richard (Ryzza) Lambert, Connie Lambert, Beverly (Gordon) Unruh, Stephanie (Tim) Fink, Patricia (Randy) Ptasznik, Brenda Duno and many loving (great) nieces and nephews.

He had a fun and loving disposition creating an environment where others felt valued, supported, and joyful. His positive influence and affectionate nature made interactions with him pleasant and memorable. I will always treasure the moments I spent with him, he made me think that happiness is a choice everyone has and we have to choose with whom we will be happy with.
