Gary was born on Monday, April 3, 1950 in Ringold, OK to Fred and Hazel Lantroop.
He served in the United States Army and he was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
Gary is survived by his wife Katherine; brother, Vernon Lantroop; children, Buddy Lantroop, Dana Lantroop, Terra Wilson, Angela Marceau and Heather Snow; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his late wife Linda Lantroop; parents, Fred and Hazel Lantroop; brothers, Doug Lantroop, Joe Lantroop, Erik Lantroop; sisters, Unokie Minor, Mary Grubbs and Bonnie Pulliam; grandaughter, Kate Wilson.
