Gary Lynn Prince, age 69 of Santaquin, Utah passed away on August 28, 2024. Gary was born on March 9, 1955 in Nephi, Utah to Vernon Prince Sr. and Rosely Madill. He attended schools in Payson. Gary worked in Eureka at the Burgin Mine and also as a manufacturer at Rayloc.
Gary married Pauline Rich on August 3, 2013 in Santaquin, Utah. They both worked for Olson's Greenhouse Gardens as security guards.
He liked to go with his mom to Wendover and enjoyed a good buffet. Other favorite eating places were Golden Corral and Feast Buffet. Some of his favorite foods were fish, shrimp, egg drop soup, sardines, crackers, and spaghetti.
Gary enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and going to car races. He loved the Utah Jazz basketball, BYU football, and any western with John Wayne. He also enjoyed bowling, family get togethers, going on car rides to see wildlife, and playing card games.
He loves his son Jeffery and any time they spent together.
Gary is survived by his sweetie Pauline, son Jeffery, sister Rosanna Williamson, brother Dennis, and sister-in-law Jill. He is preceded in death by his parents Vernon and Rosely Prince, and his brothers Allen, BarryLynn, and Max.
We would like to express our thanks to everyone that has helped care for Gary. We love you Gary and are going to miss you.
Funeral services honoring Gary's life will be Friday September 6, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Santaquin Stake Center, 45 South 500 West Santaquin, Utah. Viewings will be Thursday September 5th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Brown Family Mortuary, 66 South 300 East Santaquin, and Friday from 9:30 - 10:30 am at the church prior to services.
