Gary Reiter Obituary

Gary was born on November 3, 1949 and passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2015. Gary was a resident of Amherst, Ohio at the time of his passing. He was a graduate of Marion L. Steele High School with the class of 1967. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. During his service he received the Army Commendation medal, national defense service medal, Vietnam service medal, and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign medal. He is survived by his wife Karen. Friends may call Thursday, July 30, 2015, from 4-8 p.m. at the Hempel Funeral Home; 373 Cleveland Ave., Amherst. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
