Gary Smith Obituary
Gary C. Smith, 73, of Pangburn passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2023 at home. He was born September 16, 1949 in Pangburn to the late Thetus and Eva (Boles) Smith. He was a United States Army Veteran having served in Vietnam. Gary was a carpenter by trade and enjoyed making many things. His family was very important to him and he loved spending time with his grandchildren and hunting.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Carolyn (Flowers) Smith of the home; son, Bruce Smith and wife Candace; daughter, Lynne Wilkerson and husband Paul; grandchildren, Ethan Mulherin (Raini), Tyler Wilkerson and Spencer Smith; 5 great-grandchildren and numerous friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Foster Smith.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the Searcy McEuen Funeral Home Chapel with visitation to begin at 1:00 p.m.
