Gary always had nicknames for me when I was little. He called me little oink because I would snort when I laughed. He was in my life as a step father for a short time and we shared a birthday. He was an influence to my childhood and he will be missed dearly.

I knew Gary since 1966. We rode motorcycles together. Had many other adventures over the years. Gary was responsible for me entering law enforcement. I spent 7 years working under his direction. Many meaningful memories of my dear friend. We lost close contact these past years. Memories last longer. Good bye dear friend. I will meet you on the other side.
