Gary was a free spirited man, who loved his children, even the ones he didn't father. He was so funny and he truly loved life. I met Gary in 1995 and there was never a dull moment with him.
We had our time in dating , and he was a true gentleman through and through. But we always remained friends even in distance. Gary loved his mom and dad, and his sister, entire family, that's what made him, his strong connection with family. We parted ways and he went on to marry his beautiful wife , bared 2 beautiful kids, I thought that is exactly the life that was so perfect for him.
Truly it was.
Sometimes things in life got in his way, but never did it change his heart or how he was towards his family and loved ones.
Gary was a very special person in his own individual way, having two great examples to lead by was his mother and father. They made up the hugest part of who he was, I saw both their characteristics within him .
Gary was always laughing, saying funny things and I was always fond of the memories we shared, and made way back when. I always saw the good in him, even when maybe life took him a different path. But none the less he was a great guy, with a huge heart.
He often would recall and speak of the time we shared, we'd laugh and then would carry on.
I know he will be missed by so many people ,his children, his family , all that grew to know and love him.
But maybe at last he has found the fulfillment he so longed for for so many years, and that's peace and healthiness, and may he dewell in the Lords house for all of eternity now.
He was too young to go, but I'll never question God's reasons for needing him more. But im certain it was truly God's greater plan for him.
Maybe it was the saving grace he was seeking. I hope your enjoying heaven with that beautiful baby girl you missed for so long, that was so heavy to burden down here, I hope you make up for all that.lost time forever to go with her.
This isn't goodbye , but more will see you on the other side.
Till then you watch over all your family and loved ones till that time comes.
Rest easy in peace my friend
