Gary P. Workinger

Gary P. "Fuzz" Workinger, 73, entered into rest Thursday April 6, 2023 at Paramount Senior Living, Maytown, PA. He was the husband of the late Beth E. (McCleary) Workinger.
A viewing will be 10-11 a.m. Friday April 14th at St. Joseph Church 2935 Kingston Road. The Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. at the church With Rev. Stephen Fernandes OFM Cap as celebrant. Burial will be in Dallastown Union Cemetery. The John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., East York, is assisting with the arrangements.
Mr. Workinger was born April 25, 1949 in Windsor, a son of the late Lloyd E. and Carrie E. (Peters) Workinger. He was a graduate of York Catholic High School and had retired as a maintenance technician from Harley Davidson.
He was a member of St. Joseph Church and the Knights of Columbus council 6353. He enjoyed Motorcycles, auto racing and dogs. He liked helping children & anyone in need.
Gary is survived by a son Timothy Workinger, daughters, Brandy Meyer; Tammy Hirshhorn; Cathy Hurst. His grandchildren, Nick Workinger; Ava Workinger; Chase Meyer; Carson Meyer; Zoie Rossbach; Miles Glatfelter. Brothers and sisters Ronald Bankert & wife Brenda; Joyce Rosengrant & husband Don; Patrick Workinger & wife Gelchie; Rose Young;John Workinger & wife Chong; Patricia Crouse; Dona Smyser; Dawn Bleecher & husband Mark; Michael Workinger & wife Vicky. Nieces, nephews, and loving extended family. He was preceded in death by a son Gary "Buddy" Workinger.
