Gena Spinner Obituary
Gena was loved by many. She was known to be small and sassy, but not afraid to speak her mind. She enjoyed doing hair and taking care of kids. Gena was the baby sister, tiny in size but with a big heart. She will be missed by many.
She is survived by one Aunt, Barbara Spinner of Richmond Virginia, six siblings, Alfreda Otey, Alfy Otey, Deborah (Leon) Johnson, Erick (Felicia) Spinner, Keith (the late Tracy) Spinner, and Rodney Spinner, and her half siblings by her late father. She was married to Charles Carter who remains a close friend to her family. She also leaves to morn her nieces, and nephews, many cousins and other family and friends.
