Mr. Gene Kenneth Price 88, husband of the late Betsy Howard Price, passed away Monday, August 25, 2025.
Born in Baltimore, MD, a son of the late Norwood and Emma Stokes Price, Mr. Price retired from the United States Postal Service and later retired from the Automotive Body Repair Business. He was a member of Zion Assembly Church of God and was a U.S. Navy Veteran.
Surviving are his son, John Price of the home; two sisters, Diane Cadle of Phoenix, AZ, and Arlene Curl of Six Mile; and a brother, David Price of Greenville. In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Price was predeceased by his daughter, Gena Elizabeth Price.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Friday, August 29, 2025 at the Mountain Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Pickens, SC.
