Geneva Alzamora Castle-Johnson, a radiant spirit known for her generosity, creativity, and boundless energy, went to be with the Lord on October 31, 2025. She was born on June 17, 1962, in Panama, to the late Carmen Rosa Bloise.
Geneva lived a life filled with love, laughter, and compassion. She was the kind of person who always put others before herself—helping anyone in need, often giving even when she had little to spare. Her heart was as big as her smile, and her presence could light up any room.
She loved music, dancing, singing, and she brought joy wherever she went. Whether she was cooking a delicious meal, tidying up with care, or turning an ordinary moment into a celebration, Geneva’s energy was contagious. Her love of fashion and design was unmatched—she proudly made her own clothes and had a natural flair for style. Friends and family often turned to her for hair and makeup, knowing she would make them look—and feel—their best.
Geneva will be remembered as the life of every party, a woman of strength and spirit, and someone who lived life fully and beautifully. Her laughter, kindness, and creative spark will live on in all who were blessed to know her.
In addition to her mother, Geneva was preceded in death by her sister, Marta Bloise.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her daughter, Genesis Tremblay (Phillip) of Panama City, Florida; grandchildren, Kayliana Tremblay and Kayleb Tremblay of Panama City, Florida; and siblings, Linda Bloise of Panama, and Raul Alexis Bloise of Panama. The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude for the love, support, and care shown to Geneva, especially by the Rumph family, the Hernandez family, Norma, and anyone else who helped Geneva in any way.
Visitation with family and friends will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home, with a funeral service immediately following in the chapel. Geneva will be laid to rest in Panama City, Florida, at a later date.
For friends unable to attend at this time, the service will be streamed live at https://www.youtube.com/@McCulloughFuneralHome via the McCullough Funeral Home’s YouTube page.
