George Carl Bell

10/19/1953 - 9/4/2021

Our beloved husband, father, grandpa, and best friend passed away on September 4th, 2021, surrounded by those he loved most in the world. He fought long and hard to be with us, battling cancer for over 25 years. He was preceded in death by his parents; Harry and Alene Bell and Jim and Belva Christensen, along with Brother Brian Bell. He is survived by his loving wife, Judy Bell, of 44 years. He leaves behind his adoring children, Bree (Robbie), Shay (Jeremy), Jesse (Chantelle), and Brooklyn Bell. He is also survived by his siblings Kandie, Jay (Jill), Tracey (Jackie), and many nieces and nephews.

He was known as Papa to his grandchildren; Colton (Bubba) East, Maddin East, Addison Gowers, Desmond Bell, Khloe Bell, Memphis Bell, Dyllan Bell, Landon Bell, and his sweet girl Kelsey.

George loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, long drives, bull shitting with anyone, and looking at the stars with his sweetheart. His greatest joy came from being in the mountains with his son Jesse and whomever else tagged along. He spent many happy hours watching the grandkids play hockey, track, baseball, softball, and soccer. George's family was his whole world, and they never doubted it. He loved being loved on by the littlest guy, who never let Papa out of his sight.

He will be remembered as a gentle giant, hard worker, a true friend, always willing to lend a helpful hand - or advise the correct way it should be done. Most importantly, his memory will live on as a loving husband, father, and papa. He was truly loved by everyone and will be dearly missed.

Funeral Services will held at 11a.m. on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. Bountiful, Utah. Friends may visit with the family on Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Estates Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers please donate blood or plasma, as there are so many in need.
