George D. (Bill) Bodenhamer George D. (Bill) Bodenhamer, 78 of Glen Riddle, PA passed away on July 18, 2014. George was born April 16, 1936 and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He was the son of Horace and Elizabeth Bodenhamer. He has lived with his family in Delaware County , PA for the past 45 years, and was a long-time member of Our Lady of Charity parish. He enjoyed a successful career with Rockower Brothers of Philadelphia. His passions were music (Frank Sinatra), celebrating holidays especially Christmas, watching the Philadelphia Eagles, and most of all, spending time with his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Helen (Criner) Bodenhamer and three children, Linda Graden (Lane), Joe Bodenhamer (Liz), and Bill Bodenhamer (Robin), and seven grandchildren, Noelle Graden, Billy Bodenhamer, Max Bodenhamer, Stefan Toler, Ebony Kindred, Shawn Kindred and K'Sja Kindred. A memorial service to be held at a later date. Donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org) are appreciated.

It doesn't seem possible that it has been 4 years since we lost Dad. I always miss him but this time of year even more so. It was around now that we would be getting ready for football season ridiculously early by talking about the upcoming training camp, and recalling our trips to Widener College to watch the Eagles practice. I took today off and I think I will buy one of the NFL preview magazines that Dad liked so much and get myself ready for football season.

Helen and family I see it has been 2 years since you lost George. I had the pleasure of working with George for about 8 years in the 80s . I know how much your family misses him especially grand children .it has been 19 yrs since I lost my bob and it doesn't get easier my prayers are with you God bless all of you pat enders
