George A. Croteau

George A. Croteau age 78 of Bulls Gap formerly of New Hampshire passed away Friday October 10, 2025 at Ballad Johnson City Medical Center. He was a US Army veteran infantry division and a member of the Averial Radio Communications Club. One of the biggest events in his life was working for Klein Associations of Salem, New Hampshire when they found the Titanic in 1985. He is survived by his wife Shirley Simpson, sister Helene Ruscio, 4 brothers Ernest Croteau, Charles Croteau, Thomas Croteau, and Rene Croteau, several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Andy and Rita Croteau. The family will receive friends from 12-2pm Friday October 17, 2025 at Jeffers Funeral and Cremation Service Downtown. The funeral service will follow at 2pm in the funeral home chapel with Chaplain Danny Ricker officiating. The burial will follow in Brown Springs Cemetery.
