George DiLorenzo, 93, of Plattsburgh, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025 at UVHN:CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Detroit, MI September 9, 1931, the son of Albert and Mary DiLorenzo.
George was a part of the Advocacy and Resource Center Family since 1977. He worked for Champlain Valley Industries for many years doing janitorial work. George was an avid New York Yankees fan and loved old Western Show. He enjoyed math and in 2025 he received the Golden Legacy Award. George was a member of the Plattsburgh Methodist Church.
He was deeply loved by the staff of the ARC and anyone who met him.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday August 26, 2025 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh, a funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm, burial will be at Ingraham Cemetery.
