George J. Eiselen III

George J. Eiselen, III, 79 years of age, passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Husband of the late Elizabeth Eiselen, son of the late George J. Eiselen, Jr. and Marie Radosta Eiselen. Survived by children, Brian (Carlina), Kristy and Katherine (Paul), grandfather of Victoria, Elrick, Hunter, Scarlett and Elijah, and great grandfather to Beaux. Also survived by sister Pauline Lane, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Also, preceded in death by brother-in-law, Jesse Lane.

A graduate of Redemptorist High School class of 1964. George served in the U.S. Army from 1966 through 1969 and in Vietnam from 1967 through 1969. He retired from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana with over 37 years of government service.

A Catholic Mass is scheduled for Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Greenwood Funeral Home, 5200 Canal Boulevard, New Orleans, Louisiana 70124. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery Mausoleum.
