George Timothy "Tim" Greene, 53, of 2504 Westham Place, died Thursday, September 24, 2009. He was born July 26, 1956 in Gaston County to Juanita McCarthy Greene and the late Ted Greene. Tim was chief operating officer of Sharin' Foodservice Sales, Inc. of the North and South Carolina division. Funeral Service: 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 27, 2009 at Raleigh Christian Community Church, 7000 Destiny Drive, Raleigh, NC 27604. Entombment: Montlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, 2911 S. Tim will always be remembered for his absolute devotion to his wife and two sons; His inner strength to fight a 4 ½ year battle with cancer gave him much determination to face the daily challenges with much dignity. The family expresses their love and appreciation to the loving, caring, and very devoted staff of Rex Hematology and Oncology. Dr. Jeffery Crane and staff always gave much love and attention to him.
