I knew George in at Latin. He was a gentle, positive guy who never said a mean word.

My prayers and thoughts are with George's family on his unexpected passing. I worked with George (GG) almost 30 years ago at Morse Shoe and have done rotisserie baseball with him since then. Great sports knowledge, always a smile and/or a quip.....He will be missed greatly by all of his friends and family.

Dear Joan,
I read of your brother's sudden and unexpected death in the Globe on Saturday.
Unfortunately, I am unable to be present at St. Jude's for the funeral tomorrow but I will offer Mass for him at the same time here at the seminary.
My warmest greetings to you, Dennis, Sarah and Paul at this very sad time.

I'm very sad to hear about George's passing. I had the great privilege to work with him at DXLG. George was an intelligent and dedicated accountant; a model to us all. More importantly he was a terrific human being. No doubt his friendship and sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him. May all of George's favorite sports teams win a championship soon, and in his honor.

I work at DXL and talked to George often. I am a Yankees fan, but George forgave me for that. He was always fun to talk to, and he will be very missed by us here at DXL. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I was so sad to learn of George's passing this week. I've worked with George for 8 years at DXL and count him among my friends. I will miss our nearly daily discussions of the Patriots, Red Sox, and especially at this time of year, college basketball. DXL will sorely miss George's unique personality and sense of humor; it won't be the same here without him.
