George Hankins Obituary

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 66 years, Lona Whittington Hankins; parents, Daniel Burton Hankins & Mary Isabelle Hankins; his two sisters and three of his brothers. George was a faithful member of Owens Cross Roads Church of Christ
Surviving are son, Michael (Carrie) and two grandsons, Will Hankins and Garrett Hankins of Owens Cross Roads, AL. He is also survived by one brother, Daniel (Ella) Hankins of Montgomery, AL
Visitation will be Wednesday 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Boone Funeral Home, 101 South Broad Street, Leland, MS 38756. A graveside service will follow at Hollandale Cemetery, 600 Old Deer Creek Rd., Hollandale, MS 38748 at 1:00 pm.
