George Roger Kerr III age 71 of Springfield passed away October 18, 2025, at Cox Health South. He was born the son of Emily McKitrick and George Roger Kerr Jr. in Bucks County, PA.

George was a member of The American Legion.

He was preceded in death by his parents. George is survived by his wife, Barbara J. Kerr, Springfield; daughter, Susan E. Kerr Osborne (Mark), Kingwood, TX; grandchildren, Mark, Joseph, and Annabelle Osborne, all of Kingwood, TX; brother, Daniel R. Kerr, PA; sisters, Debra Stebor and Alicia Kerr, PA.

Visitation will be held Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with a Prayer Service beginning at 6:00 PM at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
