George Kliros, Jr. Obituary
Mr. George James Kliros, Jr., age 65, of Unionville, TN died Monday, December 9, 2024. Born in Chicago, IL, Mr. Kliros was the son of the late George James Kliros, Sr. and Diane Gravenites Kliros. He was a retired sales person in the automobile industry and was a member of World Outreach Church. George was a very “down to earth person” and was a lovable guy to be with. He loved hunting and was a great story-teller. George enjoyed going for walks, flying drones, shooting at his own gun range that he made on his property, woodworking and cooking salmon and butternut squash. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him
Survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Sylvia Kliros of Unionville, TN; his sister, Cindy Layer of Hickory Hills, IL; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be at 1pm, on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Lawrence Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow visitation at 2pm. Burial will be at Cothran Cemetery in Bedford Co., TN.
