George P. Lambrecht, 86, of Watertown passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family.

George was born on September 26, 1939, in Milwaukee, the son of Clarence and Esther (Crisien) Lambrecht. He married the love of his life, Patricia Zimmerman, on June 17, 1961, in Lake Mills and the couple enjoyed 59 years together before her passing in 2021. George worked as an owner/operator of Johnson Creek Farms for many years. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and loved the Lord and enjoyed the fellowship of the church, and going out for dinner after Sunday services. George had a passion for hunting, fishing on Lake Michigan, he also enjoyed boating, tubing, and water skiing, He also loved having cookouts and participating in sing-alongs. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include 4 children: Steve Lambrecht, Judy (David) Weddle, Mark (Debra) Lambrecht, and Lisa Hartwig; 10 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters Shirley Wetzel and Phyllis Brook.

A funeral service will be held 12:00 PM on Monday, November 24, 2025, at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Robert J. Loggans presiding. Visitation will be held at the church on Monday from 10:30AM until the time of the service. Burial will follow the service in Baker Town Baptist Cemetery in Ixonia.
