1957 - 2025
Westfield
George F. Marsh, III, 67, of Westfield, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025 at his home. He was born on August 28, 1957 in Springfield, MA the son of Joan (Czaja) Marsh and the late George F. Marsh, Jr. For many years George dedicated his professional life to the field of medical science, working as a Laboratory Technician at both Providence and Mercy Hospitals in Western MA. He is remembered with love, and will truly be missed by his siblings, Catherine L. Marsh and her husband, Charles R. Cox of Arizona, Elizabeth Marsh Keenan of Maine, brother, Christopher J. Marsh and his wife, Martha of Springfield; nieces and nephews, Casey Keenan, James Marsh, Emma Marsh, Brianna Cox and Ryan Cox; uncle Ronald Czaja, aunt, Carolyn Topor, her husband, Joseph, and many cherished cousins. A celebration of George's life will be honored by those who knew him for his quiet strength, generosity of spirit and willingness to help. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at 10AM, Saturday, October 18, 2025 at St. Michael's Church, 128 Maple St. in East Longmeadow, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Polish Center of Discovery and Learning, 33 South St, Chicopee, MA 01013. Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
